Senior Product Manager

We are partnering with a renowned mobile gaming company to identify an exceptional Senior Product Manager for their internal development studio in Riyadh.

As second Senior Product Manager in the studio, you will play an integral part in collaborating with game development teams to shape and direct the vision, strategy, and development of our games, from initial concept through to live operations. You’ll achieve success by establishing relevant KPIs and ensuring a strategic, long-term focus on creating engaging, high-quality games that foster vibrant player communities. A genuine passion for gaming and a solid understanding of game development are essential for keeping players satisfied.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a key strategic vision leader for the team, focusing on long-term growth rather than short-term gains.
• Identify and analyze new market opportunities, staying at the forefront of the mobile gaming industry.
• Guide teams from concept through to live service, creating both short-term and long-term roadmaps that align with the overall game vision and strategy, in collaboration with internal and external partners.
• Lead a talented team of game developers, working closely with Tribe Members to design and implement features, mechanics, and systems that meet game objectives.
• Take full ownership of the product and its operations, managing all aspects from planning and execution to analysis and optimization of live features.
• Collaborate across various functions, including marketing, business operations, and finance, to ensure cohesive efforts.
• Utilize both qualitative and quantitative analysis to assess game performance, recommend enhancements, conduct A/B testing, and identify new features to boost user conversion, retention, and monetization.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, sharing insights and updates on game performance in a clear and engaging manner.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management within mobile free-to-play (F2P) games, holding roles such as Product Manager or Senior Product Manager.
• Proven experience with at least 2 mobile F2P titles that have been launched and are live in core F2P genres, from prototype to operational stages.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing a live game team and engaging with a community of players.
• A successful track record in growing a game or business.
• In-depth knowledge of F2P business models and current industry trends.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, along with a high level of emotional intelligence.
• Proficient in making informed decisions based on both qualitative insights and quantitative data.
• An entrepreneurial spirit with a hands-on approach to operations.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity with the ability to influence outcomes effectively.
• A strong passion for gaming and a commitment to delivering exceptional game experiences.
• Outstanding project management abilities and keen attention to detail.
• A creative mindset with the ability to think innovatively.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

Note this role is based in Riyadh; relocation support will be provided for the right candidate.
