About The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead initiatives across a wide surface area of new and existing Maple products and systems. Sample projects include creating new lending products, borrower experiences, cross network expansion, internal risk management systems, and optimizing user experience and growth.

This role requires knowledge of modern DeFi protocols, crypto networks, but most importantly a strong product and UX sense for designing the future of onchain lending and financial services products.

• Own, prioritize, and execute across new and existing product lines to drive projects to completion
• Create best in class user experiences & products for both institutional and individual users by performing discovery, feature prioritization, creating proof of concepts, and scaling product growth features
• Partner closely with Engineering and Design as a part of the product development lifecycle to rapidly iterate and scale the business growth
• Analyze user research and data to inform product prioritization
• Test new and existing product features to optimize and ensure a seamless user experience
• Work on GTM with Growth & Marketing to ship new product features, launch partnerships, and entirely new product lines.
• Grow existing products and features through increasing adoption, conversion, and retention
• Influence and drive alignment across a diverse set of stakeholders
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-time product management experience
• 1+ year of start up experience (either as an early stage founder or growth stage)
• Familiarity with DeFi protocols and usage of the most popular DeFi applications
• Excellent technical and non-technical communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong ownership ability to execute in fast-paced, ambiguous circumstances.
