Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join the team of our client, a major bank in Belgium. The position is within the ART Regulatory Reporting & AML domain. You will play a key role in the development of the Control Room - Cockpit application, a central dashboard that empowers risk managers at all levels—from local Operational Risk Managers to the CRO—with essential tools and insights.

You will contribute across the entire software development lifecycle, working on both front-end and back-end systems with a strong emphasis on performance, scalability, and user-centric design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable and maintainable front-end architecture for web applications
• Implement responsive user interfaces and enhance user interactions
• Develop robust back-end services using Java and Spring Boot
• Create and manage efficient, secure, and reliable server-side infrastructure and databases
• Ensure cross-platform optimization and responsiveness (including mobile)
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to refine and implement web design features
• Lead projects from initial concept through to deployment and post-launch maintenance
• Design, implement, and document RESTful APIs
• Translate functional and technical requirements into detailed development plans
• Work in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Must-Have Technical Skills:

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer
• Strong proficiency in:
• Angular (front-end framework)
• Java SDK
• Spring Boot
• Solid experience in building and maintaining web applications
• Proven knowledge of cloud computing platforms
• Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility and responsive design principles
• Fluent in English
