ABOUT THE TEAM

The Finance Team is Trendyol's control center. The team acts as a bridge between commercial teams and customers in order to provide financial sustainability and efficiency for the company.

We are all working with the same purpose: To create a positive impact in our ecosystem by enabling commerce through technology.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Preferably experienced in using DLP (Data Loss Prevention) tools with the ability to create, implement, and manage policies using these tools.
• Daily follow-up of responsible reports.
• Ability to manage risks and approach processes with a risk management perspective.
• Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of DLP tools, identify security vulnerabilities, and provide detailed reports.
• Knowledge in data protection (KVKK/GDPR) and information security.
• Ability to identify potential risks and develop preventive strategies to mitigate those risks.
• Quickly respond to security incidents and effectively manage DLP violations.
• Actively improve data security and create action plans following breaches.
• Develop training and awareness programs to educate employees on data security and DLP policies.
• Ensure policies and security processes to comply with legal requirements and regulatory standards.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with all departments.

Qualities We Are Looking For

• Preferably with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the relevant field
• Bachelor's degree is required
• Extreme attention to detail and willingness to roll up your sleeves
• Clear and concise verbal/written communication and data reporting skills
• Proficiency in English is essential, both written and spoken.
• Motivated self-starter who works well individually and able to work effectively with multiple teams
