In this role, you'll help design and implement features spanning backend services and interfaces, actively contributing to user experience and system performance.

• Design and build reliable backend services and APIs using Rust
• Develop internal web tools for other teams using React
• Write clean, scalable, and well-tested code across the stack
• Collaborate closely with the backend team
• Stay curious and proactive in learning new tools, languages, and best practices

• 2+ years of commercial experience in backend development (ideally with Rust/Go/Ruby/PHP)
• 2+ years of experience working with web technologies (React is a plus)
• Understanding of both SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly AWS
• Strong problem-solving abilities and team spirit
• A natural curiosity and hunger to learn new languages and tools
• Effective communication skills in English (at least B1+ level)

• Hands-on experience with Rust
• Experience maintaining infrastructure and working with DevOps tools
