Your Role

As a Software Engineer, you’ll be an integral part of our mobile device erasure and diagnostics product team. Your work will involve designing and developing solutions that are not only effective but also simple and intuitive. You’ll contribute to cutting-edge technology, work alongside industry experts, and play a key role in shaping the future of secure data management.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Developing and enhancing software solutions using C++ on Windows and Unix like platforms.

- Working with the Win32 API to build high-performance applications.

- Contributing to seamless integration with external systems and deployment solutions such as MSI packages, Intune, and Active Directory.

- Collaborating with a diverse team in an Agile development environment.

- Implementing robust continuous integration systems like Jenkins and GitLab.

- Pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with emerging technologies.

What You Bring to the Team

We’re looking for innovators with a strong technical foundation and a passion for solving complex challenges. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

- A curiosity-driven mindset and willingness to learn continuously.

- Strong teamworkand communication skills.

- Experience in C++ software development.

- Knowledge of Win32 API and integration with external systems.

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitLab.

- Ability to work in a multicultural, collaborative team.

- You must already be eligible to live and work in Joensuu.

Nice-to-Have Skills (Bonus Points!)

- Experience with Hypervisors (ESXi, Hyper-V, VirtualBox).

- Knowledge of REST APIs, Python, or C#.

- Background in maintaining legacy software.

- Strong documentation practices.
