We are looking for a new Service Point Network Business Analyst!

In this role, you will help develop data-driven management for Posti's Service Point Network and enable analytical unit operations. You will work closely with Posti’s Data & Analytics team, making this a unique opportunity to combine business insight with deep analytical collaboration.

This role offers an inspiring opportunity to dive into Posti’s growth business. You will work on diverse business analyses in a positive and supportive expert team. Your daily collaborators will be from the eCommerce and Delivery Services business group, but you will also work closely with a wide network of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• The purpose of the role is to guide the development of the Service Point Network based on data and by utilizing various analytical tools
• A key focus is to guide decisions for the network in an optimal, data-driven manner so that we can meet the demands of eCommerce and consumers, while maintaining the existing network cost-effectively
• The role involves ensuring the development of technologies and data capabilities are aligned with the Service Point Network unit business needs. You will guide, analyze and ensure cost-effective decision-making through investment and business case calculations.
• Producing and leading the development of the business KPI views of the Service Point Network.
  
  

To succeed in this position, we hope that you have:

• You have a relevant university degree and previous experience in similar roles
• Understanding of Posti’s services and products, and deep knowledge of Service Point Network processes is considered a plus
• Strong skills in Excel and Power BI, and a broad understanding of utilizing data analytics
• Proficiency in the systems and programs needed to manage the data environment and related tasks
• Concrete evidence of data-driven business analysis, development, and the planning and recommending of actions
• Experience in the logistics sector
• Strong collaboration, communication, and negotiation skills with different stakeholders
• Excellent in spoken and written Finnish, fluency in English; Swedish is considered an advantage
