BI & Reporting Analyst

📢We are seeking a skilled BI & Reporting Analyst to join our dynamic team at BugsyEmpire. The ideal candidate will have experience in Ad Operations (AdOps) and Marketing Technology (MarTech), with a proven track record of aggregating and transforming data from various advertising platforms into insightful dashboards for client presentations and internal management reporting. This role is pivotal in providing data-driven insights that support decision-making and campaign optimization.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Aggregate, analyze, and visualize data from multiple advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic networks) to create comprehensive dashboards and reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize data dashboards using Looker Studio and other visualization tools to present actionable insights.
• Collaborate with AdOps, account management, and marketing teams to understand campaign objectives and provide tailored reporting solutions.
• Implement ETL processes using workflow automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Integromat, or similar) to streamline data integration and reporting.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in BI, data visualization, and digital marketing to continually improve and innovate reporting processes.

👉Requirements:

• Min. 2-3 years of experience in BI, reporting, or analytics roles.
• Proficiency with Looker Studio, Google Suite (Sheets, Data Studio, etc.), and other data visualization tools.
• Experience with ETL processes and automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Integromat, Alteryx).
• Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and a problem-solving approach.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.

🔎Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience in AdOps and MarTech is highly desirable.
• Understanding of digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, DSPs) and their metrics.
• Some experience with SQL and database management.
• Knowledge of cloud-based platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Azure, or AWS for data storage and management.
