We’re looking for a Data Analyst who’s passionate about transforming raw data into actionable insights that will fuel our growth and enhance our users’ financial experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Analyze Financial Data: Dive deep into user behavior, transaction data, and financial trends to identify key insights that will improve product features and guide business strategy. 📊

• Build Dashboards: Create intuitive and actionable dashboards for cross-functional teams (product, marketing, compliance) to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as user growth, transaction volume, and engagement. 📈

• Conduct A/B Testing: Run and evaluate A/B tests to optimize user acquisition campaigns, feature launches, and in-app engagement.

• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with product managers, marketers, and engineers to ensure that data insights are translated into real-world product improvements. 🤝

• Monitor Market Trends: Keep a pulse on financial markets and identify opportunities for Slayz to better serve its users with relevant and timely features.

Who You Are:

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in fintech or financial markets.

• Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.

• Experience with Google Analytics or other web/app analytics platforms.

• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for cross-functional teams.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to present data-driven recommendations to non-technical stakeholders. 🗣️

Bonus Points:

• Experience working with financial data, user behavior analytics, or compliance reporting.

• Knowledge of financial markets and a passion for fintech innovations. 💸

• Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R for data analysis and automation.
