Paris-based (Hybrid) — 2-3 days per week in the Paris office

Salary: €55-65K€ + benefits

THE COMPANY:

This is a chance to join a well-established international SaaS company with a fast-growing customer base. Their product suite helps businesses across multiple sectors manage customer engagement and marketing automation at scale.

They are scaling their Product & Design teams to support new feature development, user experience optimisation, and expansion into new markets.

The business has a strong design culture and is investing heavily in user research, data-driven design, and system design to ensure a consistent and user-friendly experience across their platform.

THE ROLE:

As Product Designer, you’ll work as part of a cross-functional product squad alongside Product Managers, Engineers, UX Researchers and Content Designers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing user-centric interfaces and experiences for web and mobile
• Creating prototypes, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
• Contributing to and maintaining the company Design System
• Participating in user research, usability testing, and analysis of customer feedback
• Collaborating closely with Product Managers to translate product requirements into seamless UX/UI
• Working hand-in-hand with developers to ensure design feasibility and quality delivery
• Continuously improving designs through data and user insights

IDEAL PROFILE:

We’re looking for a Product Designer with:

• ~4-6 years of experience in Product Design, ideally within a tech or SaaS environment
• Strong expertise in Figma
• Previous experience working with or contributing to a Design System
• A data-informed mindset — comfortable using research & analytics to guide decisions
• Great communication skills — able to work closely with stakeholders across Product, Tech & Design
• Experience designing responsive web and mobile interfaces
• Curious, collaborative, and proactive personality
• Fluent English essential (French is not mandatory)
