Artificial Intelligence Engineer

We are pleased to announce that we are looking for a AI /LLM Engineer & Synthetic AI Persona Developer who meets the following requirements:

The service is requested as part of the product “Generate Insights from Hidden Knowledge”.

The aim of “Generate Insights from Hidden Knowledge (GIHK)” is to gather evidence and generate insights supporting strategic and tactical decisions in several key phases in the later stages of pharma value chain.

The goal is to create the Synthetic AI Personas using data from Knowledge Graphs and RAGs to enhance the Customer & Launch Experience to provide valuable insights and support for the launch of innovative pharmaceutical products.

• Independent development of codes and machine learning models depending on assigned user feedback.

• Independent development of features in the application/system in line with the companies architecture, good coding practices and business priorities.

• Independent unit testing units of code quality to provide proper results based on use cases.

• Independent System Integration Testing & User Acceptance Testing to confirm and identify gaps.

• Resolving the resulting bugs and issues within the sprint framework and hand over to the company if unresolvable.

• Technical assessment of business requirement using the Contractors expertise & experience to translate into user stories and specifications as well as recommendations. Assessments will be documented as user stories as part of the agile methodology.

• Development of Synthetic AI Personas: Utilizing data from Knowledge Graphs and RAGs, the task involves the creation of Synthetic AI Personas that accurately represent the target demographics. These personas are designed to simulate realistic interactions, thereby enhancing the customer and launch experience.

• Use of Advanced Technologies: The task requires leveraging graph RAGs, knowledge graphs, AI, and machine learning technologies to ensure the personas are dynamic and accurate.

• Evaluation and Refinement: Continuous evaluation and refinement of the development process to meet the evolving needs of the biomedical domain.

• Provision of AI-Driven Insights: Contributing to the development of innovative pharmaceutical treatments by providing AI-driven insights and support across various therapeutic areas.

• All models and code will be overturned to theTeam for feedback, review and in order to apply the companies standards during the assignment, to setup compliance and quality within the product.

The performance of the contractor has the goal of creating the Synthetic AI Personas. Since the company does not have experience in this domain with concrete examples & expertise building this product (GIHK), internally, it requires external expertise to perform the services listed above. Due to the special expertise, the contractor will have an outstanding position compared to the internal project staff and will perform significantly different services than the internal staff.

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Bioinformatics, or a related field with a strong emphasis on AI and machine learning technologies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in developing AI-driven solutions, preferably with a focus on Synthetic AI Personas.

• Strong background in working with Knowledge Graphs, RAGs, and other AI/machine learning technologies.

• Experience in the biomedical or pharmaceutical domain is highly advantageous.

• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong Knowledge in Pharma and Life Science

• Expertise in programming languages such as Python or R, and familiarity with AI development tools and platforms.

• Experience with graph databases and knowledge representation systems.

• A creative and innovative approach to AI development, with a focus on user-centric design.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.

• Proven experience in AI/ML development, particularly with LLMs and synthetic data pipelines.

• Strong programming skills in Python, AngularJS

• Knowledge of y with FAISS, vector databases, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

• Knowledge of GRAPH RAGs

• Familiarity with modular dataset assembly and output caching techniques.

• Experience with data validation logic, including schema enforcement and temporal consistency.

• Knowledge of prompt debugging and retry logic to minimize JSON failures.
