In this role, you will be involved in managing various product tools and workflows, supporting operational tasks, and ensuring process stability across different product areas. What You Will Be Doing

• Incident and Bug Orchestration: Manage and coordinate the incident and bug resolution process to ensure timely and effective responses.
• Operational Support: Assist with operational tasks as requested by business stakeholders, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
• Product Tool Management: Oversee and manage product tools and workflows to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Knowledge Base Creation: Develop and organize a comprehensive product knowledge base to support internal teams and stakeholders.

About You

• You’re currently pursuing or have recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
• You thrive for structured, process-driven work, while balancing agility in a fast-moving environment.
• You have exceptional communication skills and can align effortlessly with diverse stakeholders—whether it's engineers, compliance teams, or executives.
• You show a keen interest to dive deep into fintech, with a strong curiosity for crypto, blockchain, and the future of financial technology.
• Most importantly, you’re ready to roll up your sleeves, challenge the status quo, and make an impact from day one.
• You’re based in Berlin and open to working on-site—this role requires in-person collaboration. Please note: We do not provide visa sponsorship for this position.
