Product Lead – Crypto-focused

Why This Role?

Salary: Up to €135,000

Location: Hybrid, with flexibility built in

Impact: You’ll lead the build and scale of a B2B digital assets API platform, right at the intersection of crypto, product, and platform innovation.

The Opportunity

You’ll be stepping into a high-impact product role, owning the roadmap for a crypto-focused B2B API platform. This isn’t about pushing tickets—it’s about owning strategy, shaping features, and driving delivery end to end.

You’ll be working across engineering, design, ops, and stakeholders, connecting the dots between technical build and customer value. They’re looking for someone with a technical background who’s made the move into product—ideally someone who understands APIs, knows the crypto space, and likes getting into the details while still seeing the big picture.

What They’re Looking For

• Technical grounding, ideally from engineering or software dev, with experience in API platforms.
• 5+ years in product, ideally building and scaling B2B platforms or SaaS products.
• Experience in crypto, DeFi, blockchain, or digital assets.
• Comfortable in fast-moving, startup-style environments where ambiguity is part of the job.
• Strong on user insight and data—you’re not afraid to challenge assumptions with evidence.
• Confident leading across teams and influencing without needing the title to back you up.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Owning the roadmap and leading delivery of a new digital assets API platform.
• Translating business needs and user problems into real product features.
• Leading development with engineers, working closely with design and stakeholders.
• Talking to customers and using feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Keeping an eye on the market—crypto trends, API development, competitors and making sure your product stays ahead.
• Backing your decisions with data, metrics, and user behaviour, not gut instinct.

Bonus Points For

• Hands-on experience in crypto or blockchain-based platforms.
• Strong understanding of API-driven product development in a B2B setting.
• A track record of delivering in lean, experimental environments.
