ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager with a proven track record in IT/digital transformation to drive structure, governance, and innovation across complex programs. You’ll:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Champion best practices—implementing agile/hybrid methodologies, robust governance, and scalable PMO frameworks.
• Collaborate with C-suite stakeholders to define scope, mitigate risks, and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Mentor junior PMs while operating as a hands-on leader in a fast-paced, multi-jurisdictional environment.
• Tech Stack: Jira, Confluence, and modern PM tools (experience essential).

ABOUT THE PERSON:

• 10+ years in project/program management, with deep expertise in IT/digital transformation (fintech, SaaS, or consulting background ideal).
• Authority in agile/waterfall methodologies—certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum) are a plus.
• Data-driven decision-maker with a history of managing budgets €1M+ and cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communicator—able to influence senior stakeholders and simplify technical concepts.
• PMO leadership experience (governance, reporting, and tooling) is highly valued.
