Full Stack Developer

Chaberton Professionals, a division of Chaberton Partners dedicated to the research and selection of Middle Management profiles, is currently looking for a Full Stack Developer for a Fintech Startup set up in Milan with the objective of investing in real estate across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

● Build from scratch new products overseeing the complete development cycle. Take a proactive role and ownership of the products you will work on

● Setup the whole application development lifecycle, including: architecture design, development, tests strategy, deployment to production, monitoring, alerting and support

● Build scalable software solutions that will grow rapidly in the next months minimizing technical debt

● Work on challenging problems that can have a direct impact on our users and company

● Work in a cross-functional team with design, product and operations

● Mentor team members and share knowledge to make the team grow

Ideal Candidate Profile:

● Strong commitment for a startup and excellent teamwork skills

● Product mindset with a deep understanding of our users, an obsession for the why and business acumen

● 5+ years as a Fullstack developer or similar role in fast-paced environments, ideally startups or scaleups

● Deep knowledge and experience on at least one front-end framework: ReactJS, Angular, Vue.

● Deep knowledge and experience on at least one BE framework based on Node.js.

● Good understanding of both relational (Postgres, MySql) and document (Mongo) databases.(Document databases: nice to have)

● Experience/interest in serverless cloud services (AWS, GCP or Azure) and dev ops framework/tools.

Would be a plus if you have:

●Development experience in Fintech services

●Experience in integrating payment solutions/providers to a native platform

●Experience/interest in React Native

●Experience/interest in product with smart contract technology

●Development experience or knowledge in Solidity and/or Golang

● Good analytical and problem-solving skills

● A person who is born a builder, possessing a team-working spirit, and equipped with maturity and humbleness to continue personal growth

● Who is able to frequently visit our Milan HQ office to physically work together, contributing to building strong team culture

● Fluent in English at a business level.
