Within the D&IS ITALY HR organization, as HR Business Partner you will be in charge of the following responsibilities:
- Understand and prioritize business needs and translate them into HR actions
- Serve as HR Business partner for assigned population in a multisite context
- Manage HR processes within HR as required.
- Ensure compliance with employment related laws and regulations included ALSTOM EHS policy
- Investigate employee relation matters and recommend appropriate actions
- Actively coach managers in people management practices
- Manage HR programs/practices to complement the achievement of long-term strategic business objectives
- Provide support to managers in performance management and implement people development programs
- Overall coordination of training plan for D&IS Italy
- Monitor, participate in and drive workforce planning and recruitment activities
- 4-6 years of experience in Human Resources as HR Specialist or HR Manager
- Master’s degree in HR related field
- Able to work in an international and multicultural environment
- Strong communication, teamworking and leadership skills
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Solid command of digital skills
