Junior Data Analyst

About The Job

We're looking for a Junior Data Analyst to support our Planning & Performance team in the Nordics and Baltics on a temporary contract until the end of 2025. If you're a detail-driven data enthusiast with a flair for simplifying processes and turning numbers into insights, this is your chance to make an impact.

• Own daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc KPI reporting
• Act as the go-to expert (SPOC) for our Business Intelligence tools
• Maintain visuals for the monthly forecasting cycle
• Update and enhance Planning & Performance scorecards
• Support the Nordics & Baltics Pilot service level project
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and reporting requirements
• Validate data, troubleshoot issues, and drive simplification and automation of processes
  
  

About you

• 2+ years of experience in planning, logistics, or data analysis (FMCG industry preferred)
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency
• Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI is a plus)
• Familiarity with DAX language is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Organized, structured, and capable of managing multiple priorities
• Experience with cross-functional or project-based work
• Fluent in English
