Senior Product Designer

• Collaborate closely with product teams to identify and solve real user experience challenges;
• Elevate our design practice across all stages of the product lifecycle by mapping flows, framing problems, surfacing insights, and shaping intuitive interactions;

• Experience in product design (UX/UI) with a strong portfolio or case studies;
• Experience in the discovery phase of product design (e.g., journey mapping, UX audits, problem framing, stakeholder interviews);
• Strong communication skills – you can clearly articulate your ideas to designers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams;
• Interest in both qualitative and quantitative user research and working alongside a dedicated research team;
• Proficiency in Figma;
• Ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility;
• A collaborative mindset – you enjoy working with product, engineering, marketing, and research to bring great ideas to life
