Dextall (http://dextall.com) develops high-quality, technology-driven solutions for building facades, serving the U.S. construction industry. The team consists of up to 60 experts from Lithuania, the U.S., and Europe (with offices in New York, Lithuania, and Latvia), bringing experience in engineering, technology, and sustainable architecture.
Currently, the company is looking to hire an HR Generalist to join the team in Vilnius and contribute to company growth, employee well-being, and compliance with local labor regulations. We are seeking a proactive HR professional to take ownership of day-to-day HR activities and ensure smooth and effective support across the entire employee lifecycle.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Recruitment: sourcing candidates, conducting initial screening, assisting with interview coordination, and ensuring a positive candidate experience;
• Onboarding: preparing employment documentation, coordinating the onboarding process;
• Employee Experience: conducting engagement surveys, providing feedback to managers;
• HR Process Improvement & Compliance: supporting and improving HR IT systems; maintaining employee data and ensuring compliance with established requirements;
• Employee Support: coordinating external training, organizing team events and engagement activities; ensuring effective internal communication.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Previous experience in HR or administrative roles;
