Your mission: We’re looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer with strong hands-on skills in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). In this role, you’ll help build and structure our internal AI Services Catalog, working closely with product and engineering teams to design and integrate practical AI-powered solutions.   

Be a part of our team where you will: 

AI Services Catalog & Prioritization: 

• Develop a structured catalog of AI services, defining roadmaps for adoption. 
  
• Work closely with AI product managers and business teams to align AI initiatives with organizational goals. 
  
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, NLP, and LLM ecosystems (e.g., new RAG architectures, open-source models, vector stores, and cloud-native AI tools). 
  
  
  

• Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, developers, and product managers to seamlessly integrate AI solutions into existing technologies. 
  
• Run technical discussions and knowledge-sharing sessions on best practices in AI implementation. 
  
• Share insights and trends with the broader team to continuously evolve our AI capabilities. 
  
  
  

• Develop and test proof-of-concepts to validate AI use cases.   
  
• Package and expose AI capabilities through APIs or cloud-native services.   
  
• Build and fine-tune NLP pipelines and GenAI-based services using LLMs and retrieval-based architectures (RAG). 
  
• Proactively evaluate and experiment with emerging tools and frameworks, bringing innovative ideas into our internal AI stack. 
  
  
  

• A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, AI/ML, or a related technical field. 
  
• A strong understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and vector databases. 
  
• A proven experience in building NLP applications 
  
• Hands-on experience with Python and ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, and LLamaIndex. 
  
• A familiarity with Azure services, especially Azure OpenAI and Azure Cognitive Search. 
  
• A knowledge of prompt engineering.
