COMPLIANCE OFFICER GESTIONNAIRE CONFORMITE AML /CFT - EDRAM (M/F)

Job Description

MAIN MISSION

Contribute to, support and verify the compliance of Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management (Luxembourg), in its capacity as investment fund manager and / or central administration of collective investment funds, with the regulatory provisions and group directives in the areas of anti-money laundering (AML), the combating of the financing of terrorism (CFT) and the counter-proliferation financing (CPF).

DUTIES

• Ensure the compliance of the activities of the company with the ML/FT risk appetite policy ;
• Contribute to the maintenance of the company’s AML/CFT/CPF policies and procedures ;
• Implement the recommendations raised by the senior management, the compliance function, the internal audit function and the external auditors;
• Assist, coach, raise the awareness and train the first lines of defense on any changes to the policies, procedures or regulatory landscape in the areas of AML/CFT/CPF;
• Regularly answer the questions of the first lines of defense;
• Implement / supervise the implementation of the KYC, KYT, KYD, KYI and KYA due diligence procedures;
• Contribute to the oversight of the AML/CFT/CPF activities outsourced to any service provider;
• Document the outcome of your work to allow a proper audit trail;
• Prepare the team meetings and the internal committees; draft the minutes;
• Regularly produce a management information to the attention of your hierarchy, the senior management and the board of directors of the funds;
• Be a trusted advisor to the senior management and the first lines of defense;
• Contribute to a positive customer experience.
  
  
  

PROFILE

• Bachelor in law or economics ; or an equivalent education ;
• Up to 5 years of experience, preferably with an exposure to AML/CFT/CPF;
• Be interested in the thematic ; and eager to develop your background;
• Be open to internal / external presentations in front of a medium-size audience.
• Language skills:
• Able to read / write / speak fluently in French and English;
• An additional language would be an advantage.
• Discipline, risk sensitivity, team work and a solution-oriented mindset are required.
