THE ROLE
As the Lead Architect for Financial Crime Mitigation and Trade Finance, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing robust solutions to safeguard our organization against financial crime risks while optimizing trade finance operations

THE ROLE
As the Lead Architect for Financial Crime Mitigation and Trade Finance, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing robust solutions to safeguard our organization against financial crime risks while optimizing trade finance operations
OPPORTUNITIES
- You will lead the architectural design and development of innovative solutions to detect, prevent, and mitigate financial crime risks, including money laundering, fraud, and sanctions violations.
- You will architect scalable and resilient systems that support efficient trade finance operations, enhancing transactional transparency and compliance.
- You will collaborate with stakeholders across legal, compliance, and operations to understand regulatory requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- You will evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance our financial crime mitigation and trade finance capabilities.
- You will mentor and guide a team of architects, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence in solution design.
- You should possess deep expertise in financial crime mitigation strategies and technologies within the financial services sector.
- You should demonstrate proficiency in architecting complex systems, leveraging technologies such as blockchain, AI/ML, and big data analytics.
- You should have strong regulatory knowledge related to anti-money laundering (AML), counter-terrorism financing (CTF), and trade finance
- regulations (e.g., UCP 600, URC 522).
- You should exhibit excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively across organizational boundaries.
- You should be adept at strategic thinking and problem-solving, capable of balancing technical solutions with business objectives.
- Demonstrate care by ensuring our solutions not only meet regulatory requirements but also protect our stakeholders and uphold ethical standards.
- Commit to delivering high-quality architectural solutions that enhance financial crime resilience and trade finance efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a unified approach towards mitigating financial crime risks and optimizing trade finance processes.
- Challenge the status quo by driving innovation and adopting new technologies to stay ahead of evolving financial crime threats.
- Maternity leave: Transition back with 3 days per week in the first month and 4 days per week in the second month
- Civil Partnership: 1 week of paid leave if you're getting married. This covers marriages and civil partnerships, including same sex/civil partnership
- Family care: 4 weeks of paid family care leave
- Recharge days: 4 days per year to use when you need to physically or mentally needed to recharge
- Study leave: 2 weeks of paid leave each year for study or personal development
