THE ROLE

As the Lead Architect for Financial Crime Mitigation and Trade Finance, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing robust solutions to safeguard our organization against financial crime risks while optimizing trade finance operations

OPPORTUNITIES

• You will lead the architectural design and development of innovative solutions to detect, prevent, and mitigate financial crime risks, including money laundering, fraud, and sanctions violations.
• You will architect scalable and resilient systems that support efficient trade finance operations, enhancing transactional transparency and compliance.
• You will collaborate with stakeholders across legal, compliance, and operations to understand regulatory requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• You will evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance our financial crime mitigation and trade finance capabilities.
• You will mentor and guide a team of architects, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence in solution design.
  
  
  

Skills

• You should possess deep expertise in financial crime mitigation strategies and technologies within the financial services sector.
• You should demonstrate proficiency in architecting complex systems, leveraging technologies such as blockchain, AI/ML, and big data analytics.
• You should have strong regulatory knowledge related to anti-money laundering (AML), counter-terrorism financing (CTF), and trade finance
• regulations (e.g., UCP 600, URC 522).
• You should exhibit excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively across organizational boundaries.
• You should be adept at strategic thinking and problem-solving, capable of balancing technical solutions with business objectives.
