About

We offer you an exciting Traineeship to give you the opportunity to gain experience in the world of Payments. During a year you participate in several ambitious projects within different pillars of our organization. You have the opportunity to shape your own traineeship, by choosing the assignments that suit you best. Because you will learn about the different aspects of our business, you will experience the complexity and dynamics in the branch. After this year you will be of great value to our company and you become an interesting candidate for all kinds of different positions, in fields such as:

• Software Development;
• Product Management;
• Business Development/Sales;
• Project Management;
• Account management;
• Business Delivery Management;
• Strategy & Enablement.
  
  

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• You are responsible for your assignment, which will be new every period of 4 months;
• You work with interesting, high experienced professionals who like to teach you all about the business;
• You are part of a very international environment;
• You have contacts with keyplayers in the business, other trainees and your coach to develop yourself and learn.

• Having a HBO/WO (Bachelor/Master) education for example in IT, Business, Economics, Artificial Intelligence with affinity for an IT environment;
• Ambitious to become an all-round, strong payment expert;
• Able to think outside the box, able to deal with stressful situations, assertive and have a critical but positive attitude;
• A very good communicator, you are pro-active, English is our main language;
• Feeling comfortable in an international business environment.
