That’s why we’re looking for a Frontend Developer with an eye for detail. Someone who enjoys creating interfaces that not only work well, but look and feel good. Someone who wants to build products that people like to use because they are clear, fast and designed with attention.

What you’ll do here

As a Frontend Developer at Freeday, you’ll be building the user interfaces that bring our digital employees to life. You’ll be part of our product & development team, working closely with designers, backend engineers and other team members to turn ideas into intuitive, thoughtful and well-designed user experiences.

Your focus will be on the frontend. On making things feel smooth and responsive. On crafting interactions that people intuitively understand and enjoy using.

At Freeday, we don’t just add AI into existing features. We build with an AI-first mindset. That means the product only makes sense because of the AI behind it. As a frontend developer, this gives you a key role in making complex technology feel simple, useful and trustworthy. From smart defaults to adaptive interfaces, you’ll help shape how users interact with the intelligence in our product.

And while this is a frontend-focused role, there’s space to explore the backend if you’re interested. If you’re someone who likes to understand how everything connects and occasionally dive into Python, that curiosity is more than welcome.

Some things you’ll be doing:

• Develop and improve user interfaces with React and TypeScript
• Translate design into smooth, responsive, user-friendly experiences
• Work closely with designers to challenge and improve the user experience
• Write clean, maintainable and tested code
• Collaborate with the team to shape the product from idea to implementation
• Help us raise the bar on code quality, performance and frontend best practices
• Share knowledge with the team and help us all get better

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who creates thoughtful digital experiences and brings both care and curiosity to their work.

Our platform is built with React, TypeScript and JavaScript. So we’re looking for someone who’s confident in that environment, with experience building modern interfaces that feel and look great.

Just as important is your mindset. You are someone who is passionate about design, enjoys exploring new ideas, thinks in terms of the full experience and is curious about how AI can be part of better, smarter solutions.

We’d like to meet someone who:

• Has experience with React, TypeScript and JavaScript
• Cares about building smooth, accessible and well-crafted interfaces
• Feels responsible for the quality of what they deliver
• Likes working closely with designers, backend engineers and product people
• Is open to learning new technologies and exploring ideas beyond their comfort zone
• Feels at home in an informal, collaborative team
