About This Role

We're looking for a passionate and eager-to-learn Junior Software Developer to join our global organization. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills, work alongside experienced developers, and contribute to meaningful projects. You'll have the chance to apply your foundational knowledge of software engineering while learning and implementing best practices in a supportive and collaborative environment.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

• Contributing to developing and maintaining our applications within the JET FinTech platform.
• Participating in code reviews and implementing testing strategies to ensure high-quality code.
• Working closely with senior developers to learn and implement best practices in software development. Championing engineering excellence and technical improvements.
• Proactively contributing to team goals and helping to get the job done.
• Implementing engineering best practices such as TDD, building monitoring metrics, and code reviews.
• Working with product teams, providing technical knowledge and expertise to help design the future of products.
  
  

What will you bring to the table?

• Understanding of software engineering.
• Understanding of C# and best practices.
• Understanding of how FE works and Vue.js knowledge would be an extra.
• Some Understanding of AWS or other cloud service providers.
• Broad understanding of JET’s day-to-day business, strategies, and priorities across the company.
• Basic understanding of all disciplines within their team (e.g., software engineering, product management, design, research).
