Project Program Manager Intermediate

We are looking for a Project_Program Manager Intermediate:

Additional requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management is also accepted
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in project management
• Experience in relationship management
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 tools and design thinking methodology
• Experience and/or knowledge of the energy sector will be valued
• Fluency in Portuguese and English is required; Spanish is valued

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the effective and efficient management of scope, schedule, cost, and quality
• Develop and ensure adherence to project plans (execution, communication, risks, and mitigation)
• Ensure that financial execution aligns with project execution
• Manage assertive communication and relationships with all stakeholders
• Generate project reporting, management information, and facilitate decision-making

Main responsibilities:

• Build a trusted relationship and work together with various senior business stakeholders, across platforms and geographies, to effectively drive digital transformation within the organization
• Engage with various business units and employees in identifying new digital opportunities and/or challenges, and new solutions to be developed or deployed
• Gather detailed project specifications and craft comprehensive briefing proposals to ensure a clear understanding of the project scope and objectives
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of selected projects including partner selection and hiring, scheduling meetings, reviewing proposals, and ensuring timely delivery to the final client
• Use PowerBI and Jira to monitor the annual Digital QuickWins project pipeline
