We are looking experienced in bid preparation and pre-sales activities, with strong expertise in networking systems, including Fixed IP Networks, Wireless Networks, and a working knowledge of MPLS. Skilled in designing tailored technical solutions that meet customer requirements and support competitive tender submissions.

Mandatory Requirements

• Experience in bid preparation and pre-sales activities.
• Solid knowledge of networking systems, including Fixed IP Networks, Wireless Networks, and preferably MPLS.
• Demonstrated experience in designing technical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Fluency in both Portuguese and English (French is a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze technical specifications provided by the end customer.
• Design and define the proposed technical solution.
• Draft subcontracting agreements for suppliers.
• Review and evaluate supplier proposals.
• Select the most suitable solution that meets tender requirements, providing detailed justification.
• Develop technical documentation for submission to the end customer.
• Prepare the Bill of Quantities (BoQ) / Bill of Materials (BoM), including cost breakdowns.
• Support effort estimation for project development and rollout phases.

• Advanced expertise in MPLS networks.
