What You’ll Be Doing:

• Act as the bridge between stakeholders and technical teams—understanding and translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to uncover client goals, pain points, and opportunities for innovation.
• Analyze data, processes, and systems to identify gaps and recommend scalable solutions that align with business objectives.
• Document detailed functional and non-functional requirements using tools like Confluence, Jira, or similar platforms.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, QA engineers, and clients throughout the SDLC to ensure solution alignment.
• Support prioritization of features and backlog grooming to ensure the delivery team is focused on the highest-value work.
• Define and track KPIs to evaluate project success and inform future iterations.
• Help clients refine business processes and adopt best practices for digital transformation.

What You Bring:

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a digital product, software development, or consulting environment.
• Proven ability to gather, synthesize, and communicate complex business and technical information effectively.
• Strong proficiency in requirements management and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, or Lucidchart.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—you can adapt your approach for developers, executives, and end users alike.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights that drive decision-making.
• Experience in user story creation, process mapping, and functional documentation.
• Bonus: Familiarity with SQL, BI tools, or systems integration concepts.
