• You thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are eager to manage scrum-based projects in a self-organised company, applying a big-picture mindset.
• You quickly understand customers' businesses and their needs.
• You cultivate a strong, positive and inclusive work environment, promoting collaboration and exploration of ideas and approaches by developing solutions that meet the client’s objectives.
• You embrace agile methodologies and practices, working closely with developers, designers, and other cross-functional team members.
• You grow existing accounts and take the lead in pitches, strategy, roadmapping, reaching goals, meeting deadlines, and negotiating budgets.
  
  

Your profile as a Scrum Product Owner

• You have completed a diploma in a technical profession or have gained work experience in the field of digital products.
• You are eager to learn or are already very experienced in developing appreciable digital products as a Product Owner.
• You value independent and self-organised work just as much as collaboration and the collective success of a team.
• You listen to customers and understand their needs.
• You’re highly organised and proactive in everything you do.
• Your native language is German, and you have at least a B2 level in English
