Product Lead / Senior Product Manager @HeyBlu

HeyBlu is a consumer credit business created by eMAG, starting in Romania and planning to expand to other CEE markets. Product Lead / Senior Product Manager @HeyBlu

What you’ll have to do:

• Develop a clear understanding of core customer problems using both quantitative (funnel metrics etc.) and qualitative methods (user surveys, interviews etc.);
• Understand key pain points with existing alternatives that customers use for solving the core problems identified and define how we can solve them better;
• Provide support in defining the Product Strategy, Roadmap & quarterly OKRs;
• Execute Product development initiatives to meet assigned OKRs (new products, new processes, optimizations etc.);
• Write user stories & build any associated deliverables (process diagrams, mock-ups etc.) for the assigned OKR & run refinement sessions with the development team;
• Supervise UI/UX design for new features;
• Test new features developed and support the QA/dev teams with building automated tests;
• Build reports to monitor product & process performance;
• Partner with the Business development team on growth initiatives;
• Provide support regarding products, systems, processes to other teams within the company (Business Development, Risk, Legal & Compliance, Finance, Audit etc.);
• Provide guidance to other Product team members;
• Oversight of vendors & partners assigned;
• Ensure compliance of assigned products with regulatory requirements, in partnership with the Legal & Compliance team.
• Oversight of product-specific risk & control governance (“Level 1 line of defense”), including supporting definition of key risks & mitigating controls, as well as defining & executing tests of those controls, as and when required.

How we’d like you to be:

• With Bachelor’s degree;
• With experience of minimum 10 years;
• With direct experience as a Product Manager for a Consumer lending product in the Romanian market (defining the value proposition, running business development actions for the product, implementing and managing technology systems supporting that product) OR for a highly successful/high growth retail product with +100K users;
• Ideally with in-depth knowledge of consumer lending products, especially Personal loans & Credit cards;
• With excellent knowledge of Agile & Lean Startup principles;
• With experience in building successful teams & managing other Product owners.
