Fullstack AI Developer

About the Role

We’re looking for a Fullstack AI Developer to join our Stockholm team and take on a central role in delivering modern web and AI applications for a diverse set of clients. This is a consulting position where you’ll be building full-stack systems—everything from backend services to polished user interfaces—often with significant ownership over the final product.

You’ll work closely with clients to translate ideas into specifications and then bring those systems to life. The projects vary in scope and industry, but common to all is the need for thoughtful architecture, clean implementation, and a collaborative mindset. We value developers who take initiative and care deeply about the user experience, technical quality, and long-term maintainability of what they build.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to rapidly iterate product ideas
• Design and build scalable, maintainable fullstack web applications
• Implement responsive frontends and robust backend APIs
• Ensure performance, security, and reliability throughout the application stack
• Work with cloud platforms to deploy, monitor, and maintain applications in a microarchitecture environment
• Participate in architectural decisions and technology choices
• Communicate progress clearly and adapt to changing requirements
• Write clean, modular, and testable code following modern software engineering best practices
  

Background and Skills

Here’s what we’re looking for in a strong candidate:

• Solid experience with Javascript and/or TypeScript
• Experience developing both frontend and backend components of web applications
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis)
• Experience with Javascript frameworks such as React, Vue, Vite, Next/Nuxt.js, or similar
• Knowledge of cloud environments (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure) and deployment workflows
• Strong understanding of performance optimization, security, and scalability
• Clean code mindset with an eye for maintainability and clear structure
• Excellent communication skills, especially in client-facing settings
• Experience with or interest in AI applications and specifically LLMs are highly appreciated
• Understanding or interest in application security and damage preventions
