Compensation & Benefits is a Group function that is responsible for governing the area of remuneration, HR reporting and HR controlling, driving group-wide processes and projects, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations, and supporting the business with specialist knowledge in the area.
About The Role
You will lead sustainability reporting related to HR and be involved in related processes and projects. In addition, you will follow research and trends within the field to develop and ensure that HR sustainability reporting requirements are fulfilled. You will work in close collaboration with other functions and stakeholders, and are expected to coach, advice, and challenge the business in your area of expertise.

You are a self-driven person with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, who can set priorities, develop processes, drive complex projects, and deliver with high quality. The role will cover both operational and strategic work and requires strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The position is a permanent position located in Stockholm and will report to the Head of Compensation & Benefits.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage structures and processes for If’s sustainability reporting related to HR
- Ensure regulatory compliance, sound governance related to HR sustainability reporting and timely data delivery.
- Ensure that concepts and definitions are relevant and used consistently
- Analyze and follow-up on HR sustainability KPI’s and targets
- Plan, prepare and support the Head of HR in HR sustainability topics related to If’s Sustainability committee and Ethics Committee

You also have:
- A university degree in a relevant field
- Experience in managing reporting in large organizations.
- Proven experience in project management.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Experience in Workday or other HRIS systems.
- Advanced user in Microsoft Office
