- Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, 5+ years.

- Knowledgeable in current project management methodologies, preferably agile principles and practices.

- 10+ years of experience in product development within the automotive industry.

- Minimum 5 years of experience of embedded software, hardware and system development.

- Proven leadership ability to guide complex cross-functional technical activities.

- M.Sc. degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.

- PMP and/or SAFe preferred.
