Position Overview

Mycronic's Global Technologies (GT) division is expanding our team and seeking a Program Manager to join us. This role is responsible for developing a systematic approach to managing multiple corporate initiatives, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, and providing hands-on support. The Program Manager will act as a value-added business partner to multiple key stakeholders across the GT division. Working closely with the GT Senior Vice President and GT Management Team, this role provides operational support by producing consolidated corporate initiative reports and by implementing program strategies to diminish key stakeholders' workload. This role supports divisional communications and marketing efforts, as needed. The Program Manager will contribute to achieving GT's business objectives, in addition to performing other duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drives corporate programs for the division, including, but not limited to, the annual customer survey initiative, the sustainability program, product compliance, trade compliance, business continuity planning, and enterprise risk management
  • Develops a streamlined process for program management, resulting in a consistent and aligned divisional approach; provides program education as well as regular program updates to key stakeholders to ensure the smooth flow of information
  • Coordinates divisional document control, quality management, and internal audit initiatives
  • Analyzes program performance metrics, key performance indicators, and key risk indicators; based on findings, creates and implements program improvements
  • Provides key stakeholder program support (creates and maintains corporate initiative deliverables calendar, provides regular status updates, organizes meetings, prepares program presentations, etc.)

Experience And Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, finance, or related disciplines, preferred
  • Five years plus of relevant work experience preferred
  • Demonstrated outstanding organizational skills with an ability to keep track of multiple work streams with key stakeholders; ability to prioritize tasks by deliverable deadline(s)
  • Ability to build effective relationships with key stakeholders and manage stressful situations with measured calm and decisiveness
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with outstanding grammar and proofreading abilities
  • Excellent analytical skills; ability to quickly aggregate and analyze information, as well as effectively present and execute ideas
  • Ability to take initiative, act independently, and strategically directs one's own work
  • Demonstrates exceptional common sense, maturity, and discretion, and maintains confidentiality at all times; strong ability to foster strong cross-departmental relationships
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Products
  • Travel Requirements up to 25%
