• Our teams own “how” decisions - we are autonomous regarding the architectural choices, technologies, and approach to providing high quality solutions;,
• Our Engineers are involved in every stage of SDLC,
• Our divisions are built from various engineers, i.e. Backend, Mobile, DevOps, Test Automation and System Engineers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters
• Our products are exposed to millions of users globally,
• We focus on test automation and code quality – and we do that by automating whatever is possible!
• Every project is run based on Agile principles using Scrum / Kanban.
  
  

We are looking for Engineers that:

• Will provide support for less experienced engineers - knowledge sharing and mentoring is important to us,
• Keep up to date with modern web technologies,
• Are curious, with a desire to learn and the ambition to quickly become a self-reliant, top-notch software engineer,
• Want to actively participate in decision making and fully understand products they work on,
• Enjoy working in a team,
• Easily and openly communicate in English.
  
  

And on the technical side we need:

• min. 3+ years for Software Engineer and min. 5+ years for Senior Software Engineer position of relevant professional experience,
• Master’s degree in Computer Science (or related field) or equivalent professional experience,
• Proficiency TypeScript, with a strong desire to learn or gain experience in the other languages,
• Understanding various databases and data warehouse concepts and experience with SQL,
• Ability to translate business objectives into software requirements,
• Hands-on experience with build and dependency management tools, 
• Experience working on projects with microservices architecture, 
• Understanding concepts related to Cloud and Containers, 
• Experience with AWS cloud provider(s), GitHub Actions or Argo CD.
  
  

We keep our technologies up-to-date, and since we own the projects, we also have a major impact on the tool set:

• JS/TS, Express.js, Fastify, Next.js, Stripe, KNEX, Sequelize, Axios, Swagger, REST, GraphQL,
• Test tools: Jest, Playwright,
• Databases: PostgreSQL, Redis, Big Query, familiarity with datalakes and data warehouses,
• Infrastructure hosted on AWS: Kubernetes, Cognito, S3, SQS, Airflow,
• Monitoring: NewRelic, Winston,
• CI/CD: ArgoCD, GitHub Actions,
