✅ Core Technical Requirements:

1. Experience Level:

• 6+ years of experience in Java stack.
• Educational flexibility: Bachelor's (6+ years), Master's (4+ years), or Ph.D. (2+ years).

• Java/J2EE
• Spring Framework – including Spring MVC, JPA (Java Persistence API)
• Hibernate – for ORM and database interaction
• RESTful API development – with emphasis on security and reliability

1. Databases:

• Relational: Oracle, MySQL
• NoSQL: Any (not specified)

1. Microservices & Containerization:

• Kubernetes, Docker

1. CI/CD & DevOps:

• Tools: Git, Maven, Artifactory, Jenkins
• Automation and Configuration Management

1. Monitoring & Logging:

• Tools: Splunk, Humio

1. Testing:

• JUnit
• Shiftleft testing (security-first approach to software testing)

✅ Soft Skills & Working Style:

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
