Role : .NET application support engineer
Language: English and Polish fluency
Working mode: Remote within Poland
24x7 on call support for Major Incidents on need basis
Years of experience: 4+
Mandatory skills: Dotnet Full stack (C#, ASP.NET, SQL, JS, TS (AngularJS), HTML, CSS, Linq, Entity Framework)
Desired skills: Good Communication, Client and End User handling skills
- Communicate effectively in both Polish and English with business users
- Gain quick knowledge transfer of current applications and processes from the existing team
- Provide L1 and L2 support for incidents, service requests, and minor enhancements
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for technical issues and deliver effective resolutions
- Manage customer expectations and provide timely updates on reported issues
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors for issue resolution and upgrades
- Maintain and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment tools
- Identify and report process or operational improvement opportunities
- Support testing by creating relevant test data and executing test cases when required
