Human Resources Business Partner (Specialist)

We are looking for a “Human Resources Business Partner (Specialist)” to be assigned to our “Human Resources” department located in “İstanbul HQ.”

WHAT DO WE EXPECT?

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or social fields, HR management or related field, Industrial Engineering,
• Minimum 4 years of HR experience as generalist or BP,
• Thorough understanding of laws, regulations, and guidelines related to HR,
• Fluency in English and good command of MS Office applications are essential,
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding processes, and working in multinational or overseas environments is a must,
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal as well as strong interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills,
• Excellent time management skills with the proven ability to meet deadlines,
• Passion to work in a team environment under changing & challenging working conditions,
• Analytical minded, result oriented and possess strong counseling and conflict resolution skills,
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
• Very strong commitment to company & its regulations,
• Ability to travel abroad,
• Experience in global HR management is a plus.

WHAT AWAITS YOU?

• Responsible for domestic & overseas operations of the human resources management, including recruitment, onboarding, candidate & employee experience and satisfaction, talent development, disciplinary and exit processes,
• Responsible of HR projects to aid the growing organization and working closely with HRBP team and department managers on resource planning & employee development,
• Working in collaboration with HRBP team and department managers on dealing with employee and business issues,
• Being in coordination with functions and perform all necessary tasks in accordance with related laws and company employee regulations,
• Support HR BP Teams to define HR strategy of the overseas offices’ planning and local regulations implementations,
• Play active role in preparing guidelines, procedures and employee handbooks for overseas offices,
• Responsible for guiding local HR Teams and employees on all HR related processes,
• Prepare and develops HR reports and carry out process development activities by performing data analysis.
• Working as business partner with local managers in order to coach and advise them on dealing with employee and business issues,
• Conducting international assignments (salary calculation, offers, permits, reviews, repatriation etc.),
