The role?

As a Cyber Security Manager, you'll be overseeing security policy management, performing risk evaluations, ensuring adherence to applicable security regulations, and assisting with audits and incident documentation. The role also involves creating clear and accurate compliance reports to support ongoing regulatory compliance, you'll be responsible for:

• Developing, implementing, and maintaining our information security policies and procedures;
• Conducting risk assessments and developing risk management plans;
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards (such as PCI DSS, ISO27001 and SOX);
• Conducting security audit (internal and third-party) and assessment;
• Investigating and reporting security incidents;
• Prepare and submit compliance reports;
  
  
  

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field;
• Fluency in English is a must;
• 5+ years of experience in information security compliance or similar role;
• Experience in developing and embedding Risk Management Frameworks and associated processes and procedures;
• Experience with implementing and managing security controls;
• Experience with monitoring and auditing security systems;
• Experience with investigating and responding to security incidents;
• Strong knowledge of data privacy and information security laws, regulations, and industry standards;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities;
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills;
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISO27001 LA) are preferred;
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit - you want to build something big and have a measurable impact for your efforts;
