This position reports to
Service Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring that customer requirements and all targets are met, providing reliable service at every stage of the project.
Ensures compliance with group health, safety and environmental directives and that regulations are implemented in own area of responsibility,
Assesses risks and safety hazards and implements plans to ensure people and equipment safety,
Shows personal commitment to HSE by conducting sustainability observation tours consistently,
Manages team(s) of field service engineers and/or technician,
Leads, guides, motivates, and develops direct and indirect subordinates,
Works to improve service availability and quality,
Provides coaching and career development planning for subordinates to ensure that they develop capabilities and skills needed by the operation, Ensures that the services and solutions to be delivered in the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed,
Creates, implements and reviews field service operations strategy for designated area based on the global service business strategy,
Ensures customer focus, understanding of prompt response and attention in the direct area of responsibility,
Ensures customer retention by delivering reliable customer service experience in field service activities,
Ensures effective planning and allocation of resources in accordance with standard processes, procedures, and safety guidelines,
Executes continuous improvement culture and the implementation of improvements in order to ensure service quality in own area of responsibility.

Qualifications for the role
- University degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical and Electronic Engineering,
- At least 10+ years’ experience in service business/MV Systems /LV Systems,
- 2+ years’ experience in team management/service management or relevant positions,
- Effective planning, organizational and leadership skills,
- Very good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills,
- Result oriented, customer focused, effective in teamwork and collaboration,
- Self-discipline and motivation,In-depth understanding of MV/LV distribution and automation solutions
- Fluency in English and fluent in Turkish.
