About the role

We are currently looking for a seasoned DevOps Engineer who is passionate about using the latest technologies to create scalable, reliable, and efficient systems. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in automating our operations, ensuring high availability of our services, and maintaining the security of our platform. You will work closely with development teams to enable continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, optimize our infrastructure, and contribute to the overall architecture.

In this role, you'll be responsible for configuring and optimizing server infrastructure to boost performance and reduce costs. You'll monitor and troubleshoot server logs on a daily basis, ensuring smooth operations and rapid issue resolution. A key part of your work will involve automating and scaling systems with a strong focus on security and reliability. You'll also build internal tools and define technical processes that empower engineers across multiple services. As part of our commitment to operational excellence, you'll participate in on-call rotations and play a vital role in enhancing our incident response capabilities.

About you

You will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in DevOps. You will have an education background in any IT related specialization and any supporting credential for DevOps (Azure, AWS, Linux) and E-Commerce will be a plus.

• Experience with Redis, varnish, memcache, nginx, apache and elastic search configuration is a must.
• Experience working with highly scalable architecture
• Experience with Cloud Infrastructure (Azure preferred).
• Experience with infrastructure automation (Infrastructure as Code).
• Strong Unix or Linux background, including topics around network stack and scripting. Incident response and/or incident management experience is a plus.
• Good knowledge of one or more programming and scripting languages: Python, Bash, or similar.
• Experience on other DevOps topics such as monitoring, CI/CD, security is a plus. Knowledge of Magento Architecture and structure would be a plus.
