Our client is seeking an experienced Human Resources Co-Ordinator.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations
  • Develop, maintain, and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with local regulations and company standards
  • Provide HR support for subcontractors, ensuring compliance and clear communication
  • Produce accurate and insightful HR reports and analytics for internal stakeholders
  • Consult on employee relations matters, including grievances, investigations, and disciplinary actions.


Candidate Profile:

  • Arabic speaker preferred
  • 5–6 years of HR experience
  • Professional services or consulting background
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices in the Gulf region, with a focus on compliance and operational efficiency
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with attention to detail
