Cyber Security Analyst

ManpowerGroup Middle East is recruiting on behalf of our client for a skilled Cybersecurity Analyst to join their team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of experience in cybersecurity operations, incident response, and risk assessment. This role involves monitoring and protecting the organization's digital assets, ensuring compliance with security standards, and responding to security incidents.​

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze security events to identify potential threats.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Respond to and investigate security incidents, performing forensic analysis.
• Maintain and update security policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure secure system configurations.
• Stay informed about the latest cybersecurity trends and threats.​

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in cybersecurity roles.
• Proficiency in security tools and technologies (e.g., SIEM, IDS/IPS, DLP).
• Familiarity with security standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or equivalent are preferred.​
