Senior Crypto Project Manager

A dynamic IT company specializing in software development and project management in Web3 is looking for a Senior IT Project Manager.

Company collaborates with leading cryptocurrency exchanges, gaming platforms, and builds scalable and secure solutions for Web3 and blockchain projects.

You are needed on the team to work on an innovative decentralized platform designed to make the crypto ecosystem accessible to everyone, regardless of experience or background.

The platform is built on an independent blockchain, fully EVM-compatible, supports smart contracts and decentralized applications (dApps), and is governed by the community through a DAO model — all for the sake of transparency, equal opportunities, and long-term sustainability.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in our Dubai office (09:00-18:00, Monday to Friday). Our office is based in sunny Dubai — offering you not just a great job, but also a lifestyle by the sea, with warm weather all year round.

Your tasks:

• Ensure successful delivery of large-scale projects on time and within budget, leveraging data to track progress, mitigate risks, and support decision-making
• Manage vendor relationships by enforcing SLA compliance, negotiating contracts, and applying penalties for non-performance based on measurable metrics
• Define project priorities and key deliverables, using data-driven insights to assess timelines, resources, and expected business impact
• Collaborate closely with technical teams, analyzing system dependencies and resolving critical issues efficiently
• Drive measurable business value from projects, utilizing analytics to evaluate outcomes and optimize processes
  
  
  

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in project management roles within tech, blockchain, or crypto industries
• Proven track record of managing multiple large-scale implementations and integrations, particularly in tech-heavy environments
• Proven experience in vendor management, including negotiating SLAs and enforcing penalties
• Technical proficiency: Familiarity with blockchain, crypto wallets, exchanges, DEXs, and staking contracts is a strong plus
• Proficient with project management tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello

• Availability of PMP, Agile or similar certifications
• Experience working with blockchain or cryptocurrency platform providers
• Hands-on experience with projects related to blockchain forks, token contracts, DEXs and staking mechanisms
