Blockchain Market Expansion Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Track the development trends of the blockchain industry and maintain communication with project parties, investment institutions (VCs), quantitative community teams, etc., to facilitate business negotiations.
2. Coordinate internal and external resources, assess risks, and promote the successful listing of quality project parties, ensuring the timely completion of quarterly and monthly objectives.
3. Maintain long-term collaborative relationships with project parties, media, KOLs, communities, etc., and promote positive interactions between the platform and its partners.
4. Expand the platform's reputation in the market and enhance the platform's market image and brand recognition.
5. Actively participate in the expansion of the local market, identify quality investment institutions, projects, incubation organizations, and media resources, and provide support for project operations.
6. Regularly report local resources to the platform, offer cooperation suggestions, and drive collaborations with project parties, investment institutions, incubation institutions, market-making teams, media, gaming guilds, etc.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above from a recognized university.
2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and resource conversion skills.
3. At least 2 years of experience in the blockchain industry. Experience in exchange listing business is preferred. Experience with platforms like OK, Huobi, MEXC, BKEX, Bybit, etc., or KOL agent rebate experience is a plus.
4. Passion for the development of the blockchain industry, understanding of emerging trends, ability to monitor community feedback and propose effective solutions.
5. Fluent in English, able to use it as a working language, and able to communicate effectively with international teams and partners.
6. Strong writing skills, analytical abilities, organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and team collaboration spirit.
