NOC Application Monitoring Engineer(Dynatrace is a must)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled NOC Application Monitoring Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in basic troubleshooting, triaging, and monitoring of applications. This role involves identifying and resolving issues, escalating when necessary, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform basic troubleshooting to resolve 30-50% of issues independently.
• Utilize triaging skills to identify potential issues and eliminate non-issues.
• Monitor application infrastructures using Dynatrace is must.
• Escalate higher-level issues to OEM support or L2/L3 teams as needed.
• Understand and manage alerts related to application slowness, network issues, database problems, and storage concerns.
• Ensure comprehensive monitoring of application management.
• Work with various business applications, including Java and .NET, and databases like SQL.
  
  

Requirements

B.E or equivalent

Minimum 5 Years’ Experience In Dynatrace In NOC

Experience in Dynatrace in NOC environment is must.

Basic understanding of network, server, and storage infrastructures.

Ability to perform effective triaging and troubleshooting.

Familiarity with business applications and database management.

Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Ability to handle multiple monitoring tasks and prioritize effectively
