💼 Python Developer – AI/ML Focus

📍 Location: Canada (Onsite)

🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document business and system requirements
• Support application architecture by developing design artifacts and prototypes (POCs)
• Deliver clean, high-quality, server-side Python code in line with design specifications
• Create and maintain user documentation for assigned modules
• Lead and execute various types of testing (Functional, Integration, System, UX)
• Support go-live planning and execution activities
• Perform root-cause analysis for post-implementation issues and implement solutions
• Participate in Knowledge Transfer (KT) sessions and system transition processes
• Conduct impact analysis, prioritize logged issues, and deliver production support within SLAs

✅ Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of IT experience with 3+ years in Python server-side/backend development
• Strong knowledge in SQL and Unix shell scripting
• Experience with AI/ML concepts and models
• Solid understanding of OOP principles and modern Python frameworks
• Must be authorized to work in Canada without employer-based sponsorship

🌟 Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, multithreading, and memory management
• Experience working with Big Data technologies: Hadoop, Spark, Scala
• Understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
• Exposure to the Telecom domain
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in global delivery and multi-stakeholder environments
