Java Software Engineer

Role:

• As a Java Software Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining applications that meet our business needs.
• This is a hands-on position with responsibilities spanning from solution architecture to maintenance and enhancements.
• You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and efficient software solutions using Java, JavaScript, and SQL.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement new features for existing applications, ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Collaborate on designing application architecture and technical solutions that meet business requirements.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance legacy applications to improve performance and functionality.
• Write unit tests, conduct code reviews, and implement CI/CD processes to ensure code quality and smooth deployment.
• Work closely with internal teams, including product management and UX/UI, and external stakeholders to understand business needs and technical requirements.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in Java development, with a strong understanding of Java programming principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in JavaScript for front-end or scripting tasks.
• Strong experience with MS SQL for database management, query optimization, and integrating databases into applications.
• Knowledge of solution architecture and ability to design scalable, maintainable software.
