Golang Engineer

• Build and maintain high-performance backend systems using GoLang

• Revamp a legacy lending platform with extensibility, testability & scalability in mind

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Business, Vendors) to define and deliver features

• Integrate vendor solutions into the lending ecosystem

• Work closely with cloud-native stacks (AWS/GCP, Kubernetes, Redis, Aerospike, MySQL)
  
  

• 4 to 15 years of experience in distributed systems

• At least 2 years of hands-on GoLang development

• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)

• Strong background in Lending domain - especially if you've worked on LMS platforms (e.g., Mambu)

• A team player with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders
  
  

• Regular involvement in agile ceremonies (sprint grooming, planning, etc.)
