Senior Back-End Developer (.NET)

We are looking for a Senior Back-End Developer with expertise in .NET and strong leadership skills to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance back-end systems, while also guiding and mentoring junior team members.

In this role, you will:

• Develop scalable and efficient back-end systems using .NET.
• Design and implement APIs to support web and mobile applications.
• Lead a team of developers, providing mentorship and ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of the back-end with other systems.
• Optimize code for performance and reliability, while maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Contribute to technical decision-making and architecture planning for key projects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve back-end issues, ensuring system stability.
• Stay up to date with the latest .NET technologies and apply them to improve existing solutions.
  
  

Requirements

• Advanced experience with .NET and its frameworks.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Expertise in designing and developing APIs.
• Proven track record of optimizing code for performance and scalability.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
